Stop Paying Google $200 for Robocalls, Missed Calls, and 15-Day Duplicates.
Google replaced manual disputes with automated credits, and since Oct 1, 2026 it charges for missed calls over 20 seconds. CallWarden connects in 60 seconds, scans your last 30 days of Local Services Ads, files Google’s official lead ratings for you, and pauses your ads during spoofed bot attacks.
- Read-only audit: nothing goes to Google until you approve
- No Chrome extension needed to start
- Uses Google’s own lead-rating process

How it works
Step 1 · No extension needed
60-second metadata audit
Sign in with Google and connect Google Ads in about a minute. CallWarden reads 30 days of leads and flags repeat callers within 15 days, very short and missed-band calls, and sales-pitch messages. Works from your phone.
How duplicates are matched →Step 2 · Optional Chrome Audio Bridge
AI call-recording inspection and auto-submission
On your office computer, the Audio Bridge fetches recordings with your own Google sign-in. Our AI transcribes and checks each call and shows you the quote and timestamp. Approve each claim, or let confident ones go automatically.
How rating leads works now →Step 3 · Shield and Agency
24/7 bot-flood circuit breaker and Day-28 escalation packs
When spoofed calls flood in, CallWarden pauses your Local Services campaigns, texts you, and restores them exactly as they were. Leads still uncredited at day 28 get a one-line evidence pack for Google support.

Questions
Will CallWarden change anything in my Google account?
The audit only reads your leads. Nothing is sent to Google until you approve it, unless you turn on Autopilot for high-confidence claims. With Shield, the bot-flood breaker can pause your Local Services campaigns during an attack and restores them exactly as they were. CallWarden never touches your profile, reviews or budget.
Do I need to install a Chrome extension?
Not to start. The 30-day audit, duplicate matching and the bot-flood breaker work from any device. The optional Chrome Audio Bridge, installed on an office computer, lets CallWarden check call recordings where someone actually spoke.
What happens to my call recordings?
Recordings are transcribed, and names, addresses, card numbers, emails and phone numbers are redacted before the transcript is stored. Raw audio is deleted after 35 days.
What is the 1-Lead Recovery Guarantee?
If CallWarden doesn't get at least one lead credited within your first 60 days, we refund your first month.
Is CallWarden affiliated with Google?
No. CallWarden is independent software that uses the Google Ads API with your permission, and rates leads through Google's own lead-feedback process.
